A mockup (also written mock-up or mock up) is a template, usually in PSD format, that simulates a real object —a t-shirt, a mug, a business card or a phone screen— so you can place your design on it and see it as if it were already produced. It’s the fastest way to show your work with a professional look, without going to print or setting up a photo shoot.
Designers use mockups to present logos and branding projects, show packaging or t-shirt designs, simulate outdoor advertising campaigns or create product images for an online store. Every free mockup on this site includes smart objects, so you don’t have to retouch shadows or perspective: Photoshop does it for you.
Search by category or with the search bar and download the free PSD mockup from its page, no sign-up.
In Photoshop, double-click the layer labeled “Your design here” (or similar) to edit it.
