In this post we’ve put together a selection of our favorite stationery and corporate identity mockups, all free and in PSD. When we’re working on a client’s corporate identity, we always need to keep in mind that the brand will be applied to a wide range of stationery, and that it’s important to keep visual consistency across all of it to convey a coherent brand image.
We all know our presentations would be pretty dull if we only showed the “flat” design of each application, which is why design professionals usually prefer to use mockups to make this part of the presentation shine. They help convey an image much closer to the reality of the project, and the client can easily see how our proposal will look once it’s applied. We get to show our work on photographs, as if it had just come off the press, while cutting costs dramatically.
What corporate stationery includes
Corporate stationery is the set of printed pieces a company uses every day with its identity applied. The most common are the A4 letterhead, the corporate envelope (usually a DL envelope), the business card and the folder. More complete projects add invoices, notepads, stamps or labels. Presenting them together in a mockup helps the client see the brand as a system rather than as separate pieces.
Stationery and corporate identity mockups in PSD: our selection
Below is a small collection of the corporate identity mockups we’ve prepared at mockupgratis.com. Click the image under the heading of the mockup you want to download to open its post, then click the button to download it to your computer. Remember, they’re all free: we don’t charge for any mockup, and we never will. We’re proud to share this content with everyone, hobbyists, amateurs and professionals, who visit us from all over the world.
Once you’ve downloaded the mockup, as always, unzip the .zip file and open the PSD in Adobe Photoshop or any other compatible software. In the Layers panel you’ll find all the elements that make up the mockup; click the smart object labeled something like “Click here to edit”. The new tab that opens is where you paste your design. Easy, right? Most of you surely know the process already, but it never hurts to recap.
Corporate Identity Mockup on a Wood Texture

We kick off the list with this office mockup that includes an A4 letterhead, a double-sided business card and a corporate envelope on a wooden background. It’s a very understated, elegant resource, great for showing visual identity and branding work, with four easily editable smart objects.
Corporate Identity Mockup on Marble

A very elegant mockup that includes a business card, a DL envelope and an A4 sheet placed in perspective on a marble background. It’s a PSD resource designed from a high-resolution photograph that you can easily edit by replacing the content of each smart object with your design. Perfect for conveying an elegant, luxurious brand image. We hope you love it as much as we do!
Corporate Stationery Mockup in Isometric Perspective

An isometric mockup designed from a render, where you can customize a business card, both sides of a corporate envelope and an A4 folder. The subtle, minimal background keeps the focus on the content, which makes it a very useful tool for our presentations.
Floating Corporate Identity Mockup

This is a very complete resource that includes a corporate folder, letterhead, a double-sided corporate envelope and a business card. The pieces float on a simple background, with an interesting play of shadows that adds dynamism to the set, perfect for our brand identity presentations.
Corporate Stationery: A4 Folder

A mockup of an open A4 folder where you can easily edit both sides and the inside flaps. It’s very handy if you want to present each stationery application separately, for example with one slide per piece. Edit the content of each smart object independently, pasting your design where it belongs.
Corporate Stationery: Screen-Printed Business Card

We wanted to include this subtle, elegant mockup of a business card that simulates a screen-printing effect. Mockups can be a great way to show clients different printing and finishing techniques without spending money, and we’re sure you’ll find this resource very useful too. We love how it turned out!
Corporate Stationery: Offset Paper Business Card

This is one of the most common mockups: a standard 85×50 mm business card on offset paper, placed in perspective and customizable on both sides. With a clean, simple background, all the attention goes to the card design. A fantastic resource for your corporate identity and brand design presentations.
Corporate Stationery: Logo and Business Card

A minimal mockup with a business card and a folded sheet of paper, designed to present a logo alongside its first applications. Each piece has its own smart object, so you can edit them separately in a couple of clicks. You’ll find it in the logo and business card mockup post.
Corporate Stationery: Offset Paper Business Card (90×50 mm)

A horizontal 90×50 mm card on offset paper, with two smart objects to show two different designs or the front and back. It’s a good way to wrap up an identity proposal with a card that looks just as it will arrive from the printer. Download it from the offset business card mockup post.
Corporate Stationery: Vertical Business Card

We often choose a vertical layout when arranging the content of a business card. For those cases, the mockup we leave you to close the list is very handy. Besides editing both sides of the card independently, you can also change the background color to match your project’s palette.
